Michelle Cunningham's Breakfast Strada

This is wonderful when you are having special people over for breakfast because it is prepared the night before and popped in the oven in the morning. I make it every Christmas so I can have fun watching my kids open their gifts from Santa and not have to fuss with breakfast!

It is delightfully delicious! I hope you enjoy!

16 slices of bread, crust cut off

One Pound of Maple Bacon, cooked but not too much

6 Eggs

10 Ounces of Sharp Cheddar, Grated

3 Cups of Milk

1 Cup Crushed Cornflakes

½ Stick Butter, Melted

Mix together Milk, Eggs, Cheese

Butter one side of each piece of Bread

Put bread in pan, butter side up. Place the bacon on the bread. Mix in half of the egg mixture, add the rest of the bread, you may have to squish it down a bit, add the rest of the egg mixture. Pour the cornflakes on top, drizzle with melted butter.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for one hour! YUM!
