NORTH FORT MYERS - On February 18, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 7800 block of Ebsen Drive following reports of a man exposing himself to four children and attempting to hit another man with a brick.

When Deputies arrived they found Rudolph Askew in a trailer and began to question him.

Askew became aggressive both verbally and physically and had to be restrained.

According to deputies he continued to resist during the arrest and was eventually pepper sprayed before he kicked a taser out of an officers hand.

Askew was charged with two counts of resisting, aggravated assault and lewd or lascivious exhibition.

He was taken to Lee County Jail and held on bail.
