Lehigh Pop Warner coach popped for selling pot

LEHIGH ACRES - Lee County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a local pop warner coach after they discovered marijuana and cocaine in his home and vehicle. 

According to deputies, David Palmer had received a package of marijuana from Washington state. 

Palmer was stopped near his home after he failed to stop at an intersection. Deputies smelled marijuana and located some in the vehicle after a search.

Upon executing a search warrant at his home on the 3000 block of 38th Street SW they discovered $25,000 in cash, marijuana packaged for sale as well as MDMA and cocaine. Deputies also seized a brand new 70' flat screen television. 

Palmer was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Other charges may be pending.
