LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Former Lee County Commissioner Tammy Hall is just hours away from finding out her sentence.

Hall pleaded guilty to wire fraud and is scheduled to be sentenced Monday morning.
She resigned from the commission following her plea.
Hall diverted more than $30,000 from her campaign re-election fund to her personal account to pay personal expenses like mortgage and credit card bills.
She faces up to 20 years in federal prison. Her attorney has filed a motion asking for probation or home confinement.
