EAST NAPLES, Fla. - A red light runner caused a crash in East Naples Saturday night and then fled from the scene.  The crash left a Naples woman with minor injuries.

The Florida Highway Patrol says the hit and run driver was headed north on Collier Boulevard.  The victim was on Manatee Road attempting a left turn onto Collier to head south.

The hit and run driver entered the right turn lane on Collier Boulevard and went around another vehicle stopped in the outside lane for the red light and drove right through the intersection clipping a car driven by 43-year-old Pamela Dooley. The crash sent Dooley's car into a spin.  She suffered minor injuries.

The other driver fled from the scene.  The FHP is asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash or has any knowledge as to the identity or location of the hit and run driver and/or vehicle, is asked to contact the Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Justin Martin at 239-344-1730.
