Collier's 'Bentley Bandit' sentenced
NAPLES, Fla. - The so-called 'Bentley Bandit' will spend time in prison. 25-year-old Justin Durbin entered a guilty plea to second degree grand theft in one of the gutsiest car thefts seen in Naples.
Durbin stole a $98,000 Bentley from a Naples car dealership in 2011 after tricking a salesman.
Durbin received a seven year prison sentence and will get credit for time served since arriving from Arizona last September.
His route to Florida justice started in Louisiana where he was arrested after ditching the Bentley. Durbin went back to Arizona for a parole violation before being turned over to authorities in Florida.
He's been accused of stealing luxury cars in at least three other states.
