FORT MYERS SHORES, Fla. - A man armed with a pocket knife robbed a Citgo Convenience Store in Fort Myers Shores Wednesday night.

A clerk at the store told deputies that a white male in his 50's or 60's came into the store at 12516 Palm Beach Boulevard just before 10 p.m.

The clerk says the man was wearing a long sleeve black shirt, blue jeans, with a black mask over his face.  He came around the corner of the counter armed with a pocket knife and demanded cash.

He grabbed what was in the money drawer and fled the store.  A K-9 unit tracked the suspect to a nearby carwash where they found a glove but they failed to find the robber.
