Alcohol played a role in Cape crash that killed Patrick Logue
CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Cape Cape police traffic homicide investigators say that alcohol played a role in a crash that killed high-profile builder Patrick Logue on September 7.
Police revealed Wednesday that Logue, 56, of Cape Coral, had a blood alcohol level of 0.198 at the time of the crash. The legal limit is 0.08.
Investigators says Logue died at the scene as a result of the vehicle fire that happened after the crash at 5600 Rose Garden Road.
A passenger in Logue's car, 29-year-old Susan Reynolds of Cape Coral, remains hospitalized in critical condition.
