A passenger in the Tahoe also suffered minor injuries while a third escaped unharmed.
The minivan driven by Ramos went into a spin before it crashed into a tree. 3-year-old Caleb Turner of Fort Myers was the most seriously injured in the minivan. Two 2-year-old's and a 5-year-old in the minivan suffered minor injuries as did Ramos and another woman in the vehicle.
The FHP says Ramos was charged with failure to drive in a single lane and with driving without a license
