2 arrested in North Fort Myers meth bust

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - Lee County investigators executed a search warrant Friday night busting a meth operation in North Fort Myers.

Deputies made two arrests at the home in the 8200 block of Sevigny Drive.  52-year-old William Gort and 40-year-old Marcus Franklin Sanders were charged with producing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The search of the home uncovered an active operation to manufacture meth.  Deputies found chemicals and containers used to make the drug, along with residue and a glass pipe to smoke meth.
