The Yoga Sanctuary and The Foot Landing are thrilled to offer this 6-week speed-focused series, designed specifically for runners. Begin with a warm-up and structured speed work session with the RRCA certified coaches from The Foot Landing. After the run, slide into a run-specific yoga class with The Yoga Sanctuary and experience for yourself how a consistent yoga practice can help prevent soreness and keep injuries at bay. Note: This speed-focused series is designed for non-injured runners who are able to run continuously for at least 4 miles and average 12 to 15 miles of running per week. No yoga experience is necessary for the yoga portion of the class. Cost is $99.
