Easter buffet brunch at Agave Bar & Grill
Agave Bar & Grill will celebrate Easter with a buffet brunch Sunday, April 20 from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. The buffet will feature unique stations where guests will enjoy custom made-to-order omelets; hand-carved smoked prime rib with au jus and a horseradish cream sauce; roasted stuffed leg of lamb with black mission figs, walnuts, arugula-mint pesto, goat cheese and a Malbec-blackberry sauce; eggs Benedict; French toast; grilled swordfish with a zesty gazpacho and rice pilaf garnish; lemon pepper chicken, a seared chicken breast laced with lemon zest, fresh thyme and toasted black peppercorns, finished with rich roasted chicken broth; glazed baby carrots; sautéed Brussels sprouts with bacon; roasted potatoes; agave-spiced bacon and fontanini sausage; a selection of salads; smoked salmon and fruit platters; and in-house made desserts, including key lime pie, carrot cake and fruit tart. The Easter buffet brunch includes a complimentary bloody mary, champagne or mimosa for $35 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Space is limited and reservations are required at 239-598-3473. The Agave bar features the best happy hour in town (11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily) with signature margaritas, craft beers, 25 wines by the glass, the coldest beer on tap, hand-crafted cocktails and barrel-aged inspirations by expert mixologist and beverage manager Janelle Kahle. The 300-seat dining establishment offers a full bar, three private audio-visual technology equipped dining rooms and two outdoor seating areas.
