ULI presents real estate trends and forecasts at Feb. 6 event
Urban Land Institute-Southwest Florida welcomes Dean Schwanke, senior vice president and executive director of the ULI Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate, as the keynote speaker for the 2014 ULI Emerging Trends in Real Estate Report. The meeting takes place Thursday, Feb. 6 from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at the Colony Bay Club in Bonita Springs. Schwanke will present an overview of ULI’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2014 report, a highly regarded trends and forecast publication. Michael Timmerman, senior associate at Fishkind & Associates, will discuss the outlook for Southwest Florida-area real estate, followed by a panel discussion with real estate experts from the region.
