Northwest Neighborhood Association to meet January 23, 2014

The Northwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association, Inc. (NWNA) will hold its next meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2014 in the cafeteria of the Christa McAuliffe Elementary Charter School, located at 2817 SW 3rd Lane, Cape Coral, FL 33991. The meeting will include a panel discussion and presentation about the North Spreader Canal system in a “past, present, and future” format with time for questions and discussion. The panel will be composed of Cape Coral citizens who participated in the North Spreader Ecosystem Management Agreement Process (NSEMA) both as stakeholders and technical advisers. The meeting is open to the public, and local residents are urged to attend and get involved in the organization. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for sign-in and neighbors to meet neighbors before the program begins at 7:00 p.m. The NWNA was formed by area residents to provide an open forum for discussion of issues of general importance to members. NWNA membership is open to all residents and property owners within Cape Coral’s city limits north of Pine Island Road and west of El Dorado Blvd. For more information about NWNA, please visit or email
