Introduction to Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a powerful, flowing practice that allows the body to grow strong while leading the mind to quiet. Whether you want to try the weekly Ashtanga class but aren’t sure about jumping right in or you just want to take your existing practice to the next level, this workshop is for you. Learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Primary Series while exploring the meaning of the practice. Open to any student with a basic understanding of Sun Salutations and Standing Poses.
