Basic Back Care
Yoga can help rehabilitate back pain when we know how to approach poses in ways that help, rather than harm, the back. Learn how to care for your back during your yoga practice through use of modifications, props, and mindful breathing. This workshop will give you tools to understand alignment and practice with confidence, and will send you home with a short practice to keep your back safe.
