Public welcome to community open house Saturday at Hampton Park
WCI Communities invites members of the public to a community open house and model tours at Hampton Park Saturday, Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free event will feature lunchtime food and refreshments, live musical entertainment and kids’ activities and tours of new designer-furnished homes. Two Grand Villas and two Classic Series single-family homes by WCI Communities will be open for viewing at the model park: Agostino, Correggio, Gardenia II and San Remo, respectively. The three-bedroom Agostino is a 2,725-square-foot home designed around an open great room incorporating adjoining kitchen and dining areas. It also has a powder room, a two-car garage and separate golf cart garage, and two guest suites with private full baths. The three-bedroom, two-bath Correggio offers a great room, dining room and breakfast nook under 2,434 square feet of living space. The home’s den is shown as a “mancave,” a retreat for the gentleman of the house, and is one of two spaces tied to the Red Sox. The two-story Gardenia II offers five bedrooms including a first-floor master suite, a great room under 2,771 square feet of living space and separate one- and two-car garages. The model’s loft pays homage to historic Boston and its baseball tradition and has modular seating oriented to a wall-mounted plasma TV. The three-bedroom San Remo features a great room, two full baths, a powder room and a flex room under 2,250 square feet of living space. The model was designed for a young fitness-minded couple expecting their first child; one of three bedrooms is shown as a nursery. WCI recently introduced two cul-de-sac neighborhoods at Hampton Park and nine single-family Classic Series and Grand Villa floor plans. Hampton Park offers six Grand Villa floor plans featuring two to five bedrooms, 1,756 to 3,377 square feet of living space and one- and two-story designs. Its three Classic Series single-family homes have three bedrooms, dens and great rooms within 2,434 to 2,725 square feet of air-conditioned living area. New homes are priced from the low $200,000s. Homebuyers can personalize their home through WCI’s Design Studio, located at the company’s Bonita Springs headquarters. The WCI Design Studio provides a comprehensive selection of cabinetry, countertops, bath and kitchen fixtures and tile and flooring. Hampton Park – Gateway’s freshest face – also offers the Sports & Social Club, a 5,300-square-foot private clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center and men’s and women’s locker rooms, a catering kitchen and a club room with a billiard table, bar and large-screen TV. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming pool surrounded by sundecks; a full-size basketball court; large playground; and an outdoor pavilion with barbecue grills and a fireplace. Sidewalks, recreation greens and miles of walking and exercise trails link the community’s tree-lined streets to the clubhouse and its amenities. Hampton Park offers new homes in Fort Myers, Fla., and is conveniently located off I-75 exit 131. The Welcome Center, located in the Gardenia II model, is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. For more information, visit the Welcome Center at 10243 Ashbrook Court, call 239-444-5050, toll-free 866-363-9234 or visit www.HamptonParkWCI.com.
