UnitedHealthcare – with the support of Care Improvement Plus, AARP, Ameriprise Financial and the National Family Caregivers Association – is hosting two hands-on educational events in Fort Myers as part of National Medicare Education Week (Sept. 15 – 22, 2012). The events are designed to help baby boomers, Medicare beneficiaries, their families and caregivers learn more about Medicare and how to find the coverage that’s best for them. Attendees can also participate in a hands-on computer workshop to learn about online Medicare resources and how to use popular social media sites to connect with family and friends.
