King Richard's is hosting it's annual Noon Years Eve Party. The Park opens at 10am, and at the stroke of Noon our Mayor and King Richard will drop 100's of ballons to celebrate 2012, along with sparkgling Grape juice. The first 100 children will recieve free party favors. The VIP wristband will also bee 1/2 price until Noon
