The weekend-long “Pigs in Paradise” National Championship BBQ Festival will kick into high gear on Saturday as five nationally renowned ribbers cook up the best ribs, pulled pork and brisket. A panel of judges will rate the ribbers on their dishes, and event goers will have a hand in selecting the people’s choice champion. Event goers will also enjoy a car show and more great live entertainment from Wild Fire, JJ McCoy, One Night Rodeo and 2010 Independent Artist of the YearBurns & Poe.
