The “Pigs in Paradise” National BBQ Festival will welcome five nationally renowned ribbers, who will cook up the best in ribs, pulled pork and brisket, in hopes of adding another championship title to their resumé. The weekend-long festival will kick-off on Friday with music by “Cracker Blues,” Tampa’s own “That’s So 80’s,” and “Hot Legs,” an awarding winning tribute to Rod Stewart. Event goers will also enjoy a celebrity cook off and the biggest Happy Hour in the history of Immokalee.
