Introduction to Yoga Series
This six week series is specifically designed to introduce the new student to the basics of yoga. The class moves slowly and builds on the previous week's practice. You will learn the tools needed to safely and comfortably enter a level one class. There will be time to ask questions as you learn the basic anatomy of the yoga postures and helpful explanations of yogic philosophy. Class size is limited to 8 students so that every student can get the individualized attention that they deserve. Pre-registration is required as spaces fill up fast. Each student will also receive an Introduction to Yoga book by Yoga Master Alan Finger.
