Are you curious about the Ashtanga Yoga classes, but feeling intimidated about jumping right in? Then this workshop is for you. Intro to Ashtanga will explore the meaning of the practice and teach the fundamentals, while preparing you to comfortably attend the weekly Ashtanga classes. Open to any student with a basic understanding of Sun Salutations and Standing Poses. Please bring a small towel with you.
