RBC Bank is inviting Charlotte County residents and neighbors to a free health fair on Friday, October 21 featuring health screens, vision testing, blood donations and a host of great learning opportunities. The event will take place at the RBC Bank’s Port Charlotte branch located at 24123 A-14 Peachland Boulevard from 1-5 p.m. A variety of area health care organizations and resources will be represented at the clinic. Charlotte County Florida Blood Bank will be on-site taking blood donations and providing blood pressure check-ups for attendees. Vision testing will be conducted by representatives from Walmart Vision Center as well. In addition to free health screenings, attendees will have a number of educational resources at their disposal. The American Cancer Society and Millennium Physicians Group will be on hand to promote and provide information on breast cancer awareness. A local massage therapist will also be attending to provide massages and discuss their various health-related benefits.
