NO EXPERIENCE IS NECCESARY--AGES 18 and up ONLY (as the venues you could be performing at are bars & grills) We are searching for The Best Comedians that SWFL has to offer. Do you think you are funny? Can you keep a crowd entertained for atleast 20 minutes? It is a $1 entry fee to audition (Proceeds being collected and donated to “Navigating Autism Program” at the SW FL Children’s Hospital.) Only 50 can audition. Thier will be 3 rounds of competion. Only 10 will make it to round 2. Only 3 will make it round 3. Winner will get to headline a SWFL tour of 4 shows in 4 cities. (Naples, Ft. Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh). Plus winner gets $250 in gift certificates to local businesses. Runner-up gets $100 in gift certificates to local businesses. Please keep your set under 5 minutes long and keep it clean as children may be present. There will also be a few raffle drawing and 50/50 drawing as well as a silent auction for an item valued at over $500 (bidding starts at $200). (TBA as time gets closer). For those wanting to be spectators/audience it is a $5 suggested donation cover charge.
