Make every move count! That’s what The Omni Club is encouraging Southwest Floridians to do as part of their upcoming Zumabthon! Scheduled for Saturday, October 29th from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. the Zumbathon is just one event supporting Breast Cancer Awareness month, and locally, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Southwest Florida organization. The event is open to club members and non-members. Registration is $10 and includes 1 raffle ticket for every person registered. Refreshments will be provided and all the proceeds will go directly to Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Southwest Florida. In celebration of the Halloween weekend, attendants are encouraged to dress in their most over-the-top pink outfit for the chance to win a grand prize. To kick off the month of fundraising, The Omni Club will be selling pink awareness ribbons starting on October 1st. The ribbons will be on sale for just $1 at the club’s front desk.
