Cape Coral Mayor: Incumbent Jim Burch was defeated by John Sullivan. Sullivan had 10,898 votes, or 63 percent.

Cape Coral Council District 1: Kenneth (Marty) McClain defeated Jim Martin. McClain had 8,637 votes, or 52 percent.

Cape Coral Council District 4: Dolores Bertolini lost to Chris Chulakes-Leetz. Chulakes-Leetz had 55 percent of the vote.

Cape Coral Council District 6: Kevin McGrail defeated John F. Cataldi, Jr. with 52 percent of the vote.

Fort Myers City Council Ward 3: Levon Simms defeated Nyesha E. Wilson, with 63 percent of the vote.

Fort Myers City Council Ward 5: Forrest Banks defeated Lydia Lowell-Sherman with 74 percent of the vote.
